Eastern Oregon CCO is governed by a board that includes individuals from the community at large, county commissioners, public health representation, physical and behavioral health representatives as well as a member of our regional community advisory council (RCAC). EOCCO board meetings are:

  • Open to the public
  • Accepts written or oral testimony
  • Documented by meeting minutes
