Early and Periodic Screening Diagnosis and Treatment (EPSDT) of Members Under Age 21
EPSDT is a benefit that gives children and youth members under the age of 21 access to extra assessments and resources All children or members under 21 can get comprehensive services at no cost for medically necessary and medically appropriate diagnosis and treatment.
If your child is between the ages of 3 and 6, you will be eligible for a $50 Amazon.com gift card! EOCCO will send your gift card once you have completed the required information.
