Umatilla County Mental Health Services Transition

Umatilla County has moved mental health services to a new provider. Your insurance coverage is not changing. Community Counseling Solutions (CCS) will be your new mental health provider. Your services will move from Lifeways to CCS on December 1, 2021.

We understand that CCS will work to give you excellent care in your community. CCS has a good track record and quality experience helping people in Eastern Oregon.

EOCCO is taking steps to make sure it is a smooth transition for you. You do not need to take any actions right away. Staff will get in touch with you to make sure your services continue smoothly. If you are getting these services now from Lifeways, you will get a letter in the mail from CCS with more information about these changes.

The CCS letter will include more information about which provider you will see and where they will be located. You may have questions about which staff will provide mental health treatment.  Many of Lifeways’ staff are moving to CCS. In their letter to you, CCS will tell you more about which staff will provide services. CCS is also working to finalize where services will be provided. Some may be in the same place you currently go to. If they move to a new place, CCS will give you that information.
