December 2025 Timely Access to Care survey now live!
The December 2025 EOCCO Timely Access to Care survey is now live! EOCCO continually strives to improve network adequacy and ensure members receive timely, appropriate care. Your participation in this biannual survey is greatly appreciated, as it helps us gather valuable information about:
- Wait times to appointments
- Access to care (including language access)
- Triaging member concerns
- Other member access needs

2025 year-end reporting process and timeline
As we wrap up the 2025 calendar year, the EOCCO Quality team would like to remind you of some upcoming due dates for those who will be reporting on the claims-based measure, the chart review/hybrid measures, and clinical quality measures. Please see below for a quality measure reporting timeline:
- Claims-based measures
- Final date for 2025 CY Claims submission: 3/15/26
- Chart review/hybrid measures
- Reporting templates to be sent out by 2/13/26
- Chart review templates for PPC and SDOH: 3/13/26
- Clinical Quality Measures
- 2025 CQM Proposal: 1/16/26
- CQM Proposal form sent out 12/19/2025
- 2025 CQM Submission: 3/13/26
If your clinic previously submitted data for SBIRT and/or Cigarette Smoking Prevalence, you will be asked to continue to report data for those measures to OHA for rate monitoring. For any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to EOCCOmetrics@modahealth.com.
Update to provider level appeals
Starting with dates of service Jan. 1, 2026, and forward, EOCCO will only allow two levels of provider inquiries and appeals. As a reminder, all claim inquiries must be communicated to the EOCCO Appeals Unit within 365 days from the last action on the claims. If you have any questions, please reach out to EOCCOProviderInquiry@modahealth.com.
CME opportunity: Jan. 2026 IET learning collaborative
EOCCO is excited to present a learning collaborative on Initiation and Engagement of Substance Use Disorder Treatment (IET). Please join us on Tuesday, Jan. 13, 2026, for a virtual learning opportunity on the IET incentive measure worth 1.5 CME credits. Providers and staff at any EOCCO-contracted physical and behavioral health practices are welcome. Agenda items will include (but are not strictly limited to) a discussion of EOCCO IET data trends, cross-practice collaboration and opportunities for peer-sharing!

Register now for winter 2026 ECHO Network programs
Registration is now open for winter 2026 Oregon ECHO Network programs. The Oregon Rural Practice-based Research Network (ORPRN) is excited to announce several never-before-offered programs:
- Social Needs
- Autism and ADHD in Adults
- Alzheimer's and Beyond: Advancing Dementia Care
- Substance Use Disorder Prevention and Early Intervention
ORPRN is also offering new cohorts of popular ECHO programs like Chronic Pain and Opioids, Pharmacological Weight Management, Palliative Care and Pain Management and SUD in Dental Settings.

New OHA-certified Health Care Interpreter Registry file posted
The October 2025 Oregon Health Authority Health Care Interpreter (HCI) Registry file has been posted to the EOCCO Incentive Measure webpage under “Meaningful Language Access”. This file contains a list of all active OHA certified or qualified health care interpreters in the state of Oregon. Files can be downloaded for your reference and records.
You can also search for OHA certified or qualified HCIs on the Health Care Interpreter Registry webpage.
Social needs screening and referral learning series – first session Jan. 21, 2026
The Oregon Rural Practice-based Research Network (ORPRN) is hosting five virtual learning sessions to support Oregon clinics with social needs screening and referral processes. Each session includes an educational component and opportunities to connect with peers across the state to hear firsthand experiences and learn effective practices. There is no cost for these sessions.
Session 1: Foundations of Social Needs Screening and Referrals
