Reminder: Mail-order and in-network pharmacy options for EOCCO members

We’d like to remind providers about helpful pharmacy resources available to EOCCO members, particularly those who may have limited access to local pharmacies or prefer the convenience of home delivery.

Mail-Order Pharmacy Services

EOCCO members have access to mail-order pharmacy services through Costco and Postal Prescription Services (PPS). These services allow members to have their medications delivered directly to their homes — an especially useful option for members in rural areas or those with transportation challenges.

To learn more or get enrolled, members can contact EOCCO Pharmacy Customer Service at 888-474-8539 (TTY/Oregon Relay 711). Additional details can also be found in the EOCCO Member Handbook on page 84.

Finding an In-Network Pharmacy

Members who are traveling or needing assistance finding pharmacies can search for in-network pharmacies using the Navitus Member Portal. This tool helps ensure that prescriptions are filled at participating pharmacies, avoiding unexpected costs or delays.

We encourage providers to share these options with members who may benefit from mail-order convenience or need support filling prescriptions while away from home.

New resource webinar: Colorectal Cancer (CRC) Screening in Rural Communities Best Practices Guidebook

Register to join the American Cancer Society (ACS) National Colorectal Cancer Roundtable (NCCRT) for a webinar on Monday, July 28, 2025, to learn more about this upcoming resource and receive an overview of recent data and statistics that illustrate the burden of CRC in rural areas, an outline of the five recommended steps to increase CRC screening rates in rural communities, and a deep dive into best practices and lessons learned from two of our five exemplary case study site interviewees.

When: Monday, July 28, 2025, 12 – 1 p.m. PST
