About
EOCCO actively works to improve the health and wellness of our members. Through collaboration, we ensure the processes are in place to provide the best available care and support to our communities.
The Community Advisory Council (CAC) represents each of the 12 EOCCO counties, engaging members and residents in efforts to improve personal and community health.
The CAC welcomes public participation and meets every other month on the second Wednesday, except in May. Meeting details including dates, times, and virtual access, are as follows:

EOCCO members are encouraged to participate in either the CAC meetings or the LCHP meetings, where they can share their voices and help improve community health. They may be eligible to receive a $50 stipend for attending. We strongly encourage members to attend and actively participate in these important discussions.
Each county in the EOCCO region holds regular Local Community Health Partnership (LCHP) meetings. These gatherings address local issues, share community events, and guide decisions on overall community health. The LCHPs bring their voices to the CAC to help shape and improve community health.
